These seals are rugged and insensitive to solids in the medium. The combination of highly resistant materials and standardized dimensions offers great potential for standardization projects. MF95N mechanical seals have no dynamically loaded O-Ring and are therefore insensitive to deposits on the shaft. The flexibility of the bellows does not deteriorate in any way, ensuring that the sealing gap remains closed. The seal face carrier has an amplitude limiter to guarantee trouble-free and smooth running (important when there is any risk of dry running). A favorable bellows geometry prevents the cavities becoming clogged by media containing solids. An open structure and smooth surface enables easy cleaning if necessary. The bellows has very good spring characteristics. Its longitudinal weld seam has no negative impact.
